“THE AIR SHIFTED THE SECOND KELLY SANG.” No explosions, no theatrics — just Kelly Clarkson stepping into a warm golden spotlight, pausing, and confessing through tears, “I can’t stop crying… this song feels like home.” Then came Reba McEntire’s 1994 classic, delivered in a voice so soft and trembling it felt like time itself slowed down. Every lyric landed like a truth finally spoken, every note carried that unmistakable Kelly ache fans feel deep in their chest. Backstage, Reba could only whisper, “Kelly… that was pure magic,” visibly shaken by the emotion pouring off the stage. And when the final chorus faded, no one reached for their phones, no one rushed to applaud — the room stayed suspended in silence, hearts full and eyes wet, sealing a moment that went far beyond a cover and turned into something unforgettable

Kelly Clarkson Honors Reba McEntire With Breathtaking “Kellyoke” Performance Of “Till You Love Me”

Reba McEntire’s “Till You Love Me” got the “Kellyoke” treatment on a recent episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show.

Clarkson has covered McEntire’s music many times before. One of her best covers came in 2018 when she sang “Fancy” to recognize McEntire at the Kennedy Center Honors.

McEntire said Clarkson “killed” the performance, and called her a “wonderful singer.”

Nine years prior, Clarkson delivered a chill-inducing cover of McEntire’s “The Greatest Man I Never Knew” at one of her concerts.

Clarkson and McEntire share a special bond. On top of being good friends, they’re family, in a sense.

McEntire was previously married to Narvel Blackstock, the father of Clarkson’s ex-husband Brandon Blackstock. Clarkson once said she considered McEntire to be a “rad grandma” to her two children.

That close connection makes Clarkson’s covers of McEntire’s songs extra meaningful.

The History Behind “Till He Loves Me”

During a 2024 episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show, Clarkson covered another of McEntire’s greatest songs, “Till He Loves Me.”

“Till He Loves Me” was released in October 1994 as the third single from McEntire’s album Read My Mind. Bob DiPiero and Gary Burr co-wrote the emotional track.

The song reached the #2 spot on the Hot Country Songs chart. It was also McEntire’s first song to cross over to the all-genre Hot 100 chart, where it peaked at the 78th position.

McEntire’s official music video for “Till He Loves Me” originated from her 1994 NBC special Reba: Live!, which was filmed in Omaha, Nebraska. Today, the video has over 3.1 million views on YouTube alone.

Fans React To Kelly’s Rendition Of Reba’s Song

The final photos of Toby Keith showed a man changed, yet unbroken. Thinner in body, but with the same fire in his eyes. The familiar ball cap. The cowboy grin — part playful, part deeply knowing. The spirit of a man who never backed down remained untouched. He never publicized his treatments or asked for sympathy. Instead, he chose the stage whenever he could, embraced fans on the road, and kept singing about freedom, faith, and pain — especially in songs like “Don’t Let the Old Man In” — as if reminding himself to keep holding on. When asked if he was afraid, Toby simply smiled and said, “I’m afraid of not truly living — not of dying.”

TWO MEN – ONE BAND – AND THE GAMBLE IN LAGOS: Just two days before the flight, Wings nearly fell apart. Robbed at knifepoint, demo tapes lost, primitive studio conditions — and only Paul McCartney, Linda, and Denny Laine left standing amid the chaos. In Lagos, it was Laine who held the line when everything else collapsed. From that wreckage, Band on the Run was born — an album that changed Wings’ fate forever. A friendship forged under pressure created the record that defined an era.

When Metallica tore into “The Four Horsemen” in Tartu, Estonia, the night became an apocalypse — the riffs thundered like hooves pounding across the sky, James Hetfield’s growl summoning visions of chaos as 60,000 voices screamed in unison; fire lit the horizon, Lars’s drums cracked like cannon fire, and Kirk’s solo sliced the air like lightning tearing the heavens apart; fans raised their fists not just in rhythm but in defiance, chanting as if they themselves were part of the prophecy, and some swore the ground shook beneath their feet; critics gasped that it felt “like watching the end of the world choreographed to perfection,” while social media erupted with clips calling it “the night Estonia became the fifth horseman”; and when the final note crashed into silence, one truth echoed louder than the storm — Metallica didn’t just play a song, they unleashed Revelation on stage.
