Many of us grew up thinking of Robert Irwin as a little kid with a bowl cut. But the 21-year-old has proven that he’s well and truly grown up, and a new photo taken on the set of Dancing With The Stars has got fans a little hot under the collar.

The young TV personality and son of the late Steve Irwin shared a photo ahead of his performance in the competition today, and fans couldn’t help but describe the snap as “sexy”. Robert captioned the photo of himself and dance partner Witney Carson: “Tonight’s the night – it’s time to kick it up a notch.”

In the photo, Robert is seen holding Witney in his arms as the pair look deep into each other’s eyes.

Witney commented on the photo, “Cool guy Robert, here he comes.”

One fan commented, “So like, when’s the wedding?!”

“I would simply 🤌🏼 fall 🤌🏼 in 🤌🏼 love🤌🏼,” another said.

“She’s living my dream,” a third wrote, while someone else joked that they were confused because Robert is all grown up.

While fans have described Robert and Witney as a “beautiful couple”, there’s little chance of a showmance. Robert might be single, but Witney is married.

The professional dancer tied the knot with her high school sweetheart, Carson McAllister, in 2016, and the pair have two sons: Kevin Leo and Jet Carson.

“Sexy sexy, but the fact you remember the steps is incredible Robert!” one fan added.

“It feels illegal to look at lil Rob this way,” someone else agreed.

Robert also shared a video to Sabrina Carpenter’s ‘When Did You Get Hot?’ where he showed himself dressed casually, before the video transitioned to show him and Witney dressed up for the show.

“Lawd have mercy, just when I thought last week couldn’t be beat,” one person joked of the clip, while someone else questioned if he does weddings “as the groom”.

Others compared him to one of the Hemsworth brothers, with some saying they loved him with facial hair.

Bindi Irwin also shared a behind-the-scenes look at Robert’s camera blocking day, showing that she, her husband Chandler Powell, and mum Terri Irwin were on set to watch Robert prepare for showtime.

Bindi also took the time to reveal something “cool” that was placed in his trailer by the Dancing With The Stars team.

The Wildlife Warrior showed that in Robert’s trailer was a photo of Bindi on the cover of Us Weekly from her time on the show.

The headline on the magazine cover read: “I want to make Dad proud.”

“The beautiful team here, printed this out from my time on Dancing, so special,” Bindi told her followers in the video.
