Kelly Clarkson performed a stunning rendition of Keith Urban’s heartfelt ballad, “Blue Ain’t Your Color,” on The Kelly Clarkson Show on Wednesday (January 15). The performance arrives just a few weeks after she hosted the country star on the show (their interview included addressing a “BS” rumor and a “crazy” moment during one of Urban’s concerts).

Urban released “Blue Ain’t Your Color” on Ripcord, his album that arrived in 2016. other singles from the record include “John Cougar, John Deere, John 3:16,” “Break On Me,” “Wasted Time,” and “The Fighter,” with Carrie Underwood. Most recently, Urban released HIGH, a 12-track project that includes “Straight Line,” “Messed Up As Me,” “Go Home W U” with Lainey Wilson, “Heart Like A Hometown” and more. Urban is gearing up to play his newest songs and other career-spanning hits on his global tour, kicking off this spring.

Clarkson said “Blue Ain’t Your Color” is “such a great song. We actually had Keith here just a few weeks ago…and talked about his worldwide 2025 tour. He is incredible live, so if you haven’t seen Keith Urban live, go — even if you don’t know his whole catalog — he’s just an incredible musician, and singer and songwriter. So, you don’t wanna miss it.”
Urban’s “High and Alive World Tour” will include Chase Matthew, Alana Springsteen and Karley Scott Collins. The group teamed up to announce the list of stops in Canada earlier this week. Urban previously shared the U.S. dates. See the full list of tour destinations below.
“Playing live is what I live to do,” Urban previously said in a statement. “Looking out from a stage and seeing people singing, forgetting about all the stress in their lives, cutting loose, and feeling ALIVE – that’s what it’s about for me. Lots of hits, new songs, things we won’t even think about until we’re onstage – and loads of guitar. We’re gonna make this tour the best night of your life!”
