Something scary happened in a field, but it turned into an amazing story of kindness. A little 9-week-old puppy named Jasper was sniffing around when a big snake called a carpet python jumped out from a bush. The snake wrapped itself around Jasper and squeezed tight, making it hard for him to breathe.
Jasper cried out for help, and a man nearby heard him. Without waiting a second, the man ran over to save the puppy. It was a tough fight because the snake was strong, but the man didn’t give up. He pulled and pulled until he got the snake off Jasper and threw it away. Jasper was safe just in time!
The good news is that Jasper only had a small bite on his ear, which his owners fixed up fast. Now, he’s back to playing and wagging his tail like nothing happened. The snake was okay too—it slithered away after the rescue.
