Ignazio Boschetto appears significantly transformed from his debut to today, and not just because he’s grown older. He hired a personal trainer and began working out consistently, but above all, he’s followed a healthy diet, learning to combine foods appropriately. He doesn’t mix proteins like meat and cheese, he doesn’t eat carbohydrates after 4 p.m., and he always focuses on light foods.
