McCartney Joins the Crowd in Pasadena

Sir Paul McCartney was spotted enjoying Oasis’s reunion concert in Pasadena, California, over the weekend. The 83-year-old Beatles legend attended with his wife, Nancy Shevell, 65, and surprised fans when he pulled out his phone to film part of the show.

The moment came during Oasis’s performance of Little By Little. Liam Gallagher, 52, and Noel Gallagher, 58, appeared comfortable sharing the stage, continuing their Live ’25 reunion tour to the delight of longtime fans.

Famous Guests and Auction News

The concert also drew other well-known faces, including actress Salma Hayek, singer Rita Ora, and actor Leonardo DiCaprio. The event reinforced the broad appeal of the Gallagher brothers’ reunion.

Meanwhile, Oasis made headlines offstage when a set of football shirts worn by the band during their sponsorship of a pub team in the 1995/96 season sold at auction for £2,355. The shirts were from the Boltmaker’s Arms team in Keighley, West Yorkshire, a link created through two of Oasis’s road assistants who hailed from the town.

McCartney’s Upcoming Album

Beyond enjoying the concert, McCartney is also preparing new music of his own. Reports indicate he plans to release a new album next year, with a national tour expected to follow. His most recent studio work, McCartney III, came out in 2020.

A source close to the project explained, “Paul has been working on the album throughout the year and initially hoped it would come out at the end of this year, but, as often happens, plans change.” The insider added, “The album is not quite ready yet, but most of its parts are completed, and Paul is very proud of it.”

Plans for Live Performances

The same source also revealed that McCartney is eager to bring his new material to audiences in person. “Regarding live concerts, he told his team that he wants to perform again in the UK, so live performances will also be there.”

McCartney’s presence at the Oasis concert highlighted the ongoing bond between generations of rock musicians, as he prepares to share his own new work with fans once again.
