This past weekend, Riley Green wrapped up his 2025 Damn Country Music Tour, which rolled into Lincoln, Nebraska, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and North Little Rock, Arkansas with his friend Jamey Johnson, who has been opening this stretch of dates for him.

Riley and Jamey go way back, and you probably know that Riley has been covering Johnson’s hit “In Color” for years now at his concerts, and he often names Johnson as one of his biggest musical inspirations.

The two Alabama natives have become good friends over the years, and I’m sure it’s been a dream come true for Riley to have Jamey opening for him… and since this was their last weekend out on the road in 2025, Riley had a hilarious prank up his sleeve for Jamey.

He dressed up like Jamey, with a full head of long, silver hair and matching beard, Jamey’s signature look, and walked out onstage looking just like him.

In a TikTok video, you can see Riley putting everything on and even trimming the beard, as he also tries to find the perfect glasses to finish off the look:

“I gotta get some glasses, though. Because he always wears those glasses, you know what I mean? They’re kind of like old people glasses.”

Jamey’s only 50, so I don’t think I would call them “old people glasses,” but still, it was hilarious to see them singing together with Riley dressed up like that:

It looks like they’ve had quite a time together…

Riley and Jamey also recently released a new duet together called “Smoke,” which is likely going to be featured on a forthcoming album from Johnson, though nothing has been officially announced yet.

It’s a staple country song about not being sad that a girl is gone, and how they’ve been recovering in the wake of her leaving:

“Smoke”

Riley will once again hit the road for an extensive 2026 tour, and you can view the full list of dates below.

When Il Volo stepped onto the American Idol stage with “O Sole Mio,” it didn’t feel like a competition anymore. It felt quiet. Focused. Almost sacred. Three voices rising together, not fighting for attention, just trusting each other. You could see the judges lean back. The audience forgot to clap. There was a moment — right before the final harmony — where everything hung in the air. No tricks. No drama. Just control, breath, and emotion. And honestly, it reminded me of Tim Conway in his best skits. Different art, same magic. Perfect timing. No rush. Letting silence do half the work. Some talent doesn’t shout. It simply lands

When the Applause Ends: The Life Lesson Andrea Bocelli Shared with Matteo About Fame, Loneliness, and HomeFor audiences, life on tour often appears glamorous. Sold-out venues, standing ovations, international travel, and thousands of cheering fans paint a picture of constant excitement. Yet behind the curtain, even the most successful artists can experience moments of quiet isolation once the music stops. For Matteo Bocelli, stepping into the spotlight has brought extraordinary opportunities. Performing around the world and building his own musical career has allowed him to connect with audiences across continents. But with that success also came an emotional challenge that many people never see. After completing a major tour, Matteo reportedly found himself feeling unexpectedly empty. The rush of performing night after night had disappeared, replaced by hotel rooms, long journeys, and the silence that often follows life on stage. It was a reminder that public admiration does not always erase private loneliness. During that period, Matteo turned to the person who understood those emotions better than almost anyone else—his father, Andrea Bocelli. Having spent decades performing for audiences around the world, Andrea knows that fame brings both remarkable rewards and personal sacrifices. He has experienced the contrast between the roar of thousands of fans and the stillness that arrives once the stage lights are switched off. Rather than offering complicated advice, he shared a reflection rooted in simplicity and family. According to the story, Andrea told his son, “When the lights go out, the silence is when you face your soul. In Tuscany, a light is always on, waiting for you.” Whether understood literally or symbolically, the message speaks to something universal. Success may open doors, but it is the certainty of having a place where you are accepted without expectation that provides lasting comfort. Home becomes more than a physical location—it represents the people, memories, and relationships that remain steady regardless of career achievements. For Matteo, those words offered perspective. The highs of performing before thousands of people are unforgettable, but they are only one part of life. Equally important are the quiet moments spent with loved ones, away from cameras and applause, where identity is not defined by public recognition. The lesson extends far beyond the music industry. Many people experience similar feelings after reaching long-awaited goals. Finishing a major project, graduating, earning a promotion, or achieving a lifelong dream can sometimes be followed by an unexpected emotional lull. Without a strong sense of connection and belonging, success alone may not provide lasting fulfillment. Andrea’s advice reminds us that ambition and personal relationships do not have to compete. Pursuing dreams is meaningful, but staying connected to the people who offer unconditional support gives those accomplishments greater purpose. It is often family, close friends, and familiar places that provide the stability needed to navigate both triumphs and disappointments. For fans of the Bocelli family, this story offers another glimpse into the values that have shaped both father and son. Beyond music, awards, and international acclaim lies a shared belief that genuine happiness cannot be measured by applause alone. When the concert ends and the audience heads home, the silence eventually arrives for every performer. In those moments, the greatest comfort is not found in memories of the spotlight, but in knowing there is always a place where the lights are still on, someone is waiting, and home remains exactly where it has always been.

For audiences, life on tour often appears glamorous. Sold-out venues, standing ovations, international travel, and thousands of cheering…

FOR THE FIRST TIME IN HISTORY: Paul McCartney Named One of TIME Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People of 2025 A quiet pause settles over the red carpet. Cameras flash, voices blur together, history rushes forward — and yet Paul McCartney stands still, composed at the center of it all, as if time itself has slowed in his presence.
