Unexpected Boyzone Magic: Ronan Keating Crashes Keith Duffy & Brian McFadden’s Show for Surprise Rendition

We had a picture in our mind of what a Boyzone reunion would look like – if there ever was one – and this certainly isn’t what we were expecting.

Keith Duffy has kept up his career as a singer, joining forces with Westlife castaway Brian McFadden to form the supergroup Boyzlife.

Performing a combination of Westlife and Boyzone hits, the duo have enjoyed gigging and a fair amount of success, but we never pinned them to be hired to play the party of none other than renowned South African golfer Gary Player.

At the recent gig, Keith and Brian went about their usual stage antics, bouncing off one another’s energy and performing dance routines.

Then, for one song only, they were joined by a very special guest in the form of Boyzone star Ronan Keating.

Together, the trio impressed the crowd with a rendition of Boyzone’s Love Me For a Reason (dance moves, high notes and all!)

‘What a night performing for @gary.player tonight. Performing with Ronan in ‘Love me for a reason’ brought back real emotion and love,’ Keith wrote.

Speaking previously to Spin 1038 about whether Boyzone would ever reunite, Keith said: ‘Absolutely. Absolutely. I’m now – listen – I’m very busy, I’m touring at the moment with Brian McFadden, we’re doing a sold out tour and our show is great.

‘We’re nine years together now, and we’ve a great thing going, but to get the opportunity to stand on stage again with Ronan and Shane [Lynch] and do Boyzone stuff, one last time for the fans I absolutely would do it, yeah.

‘And I think it’d be a very clever move to bring Brian McFadden with us, ’cause he’s a very talented lad, and if the Westlife boys don’t want him, we’ll take him!’

At 83, Paul McCartney leaned closer to the microphone, his fingertips tracing its edge as the room fell into a heavy, reverent silence. For decades, one question had followed him everywhere—the truth about his relationship with John Lennon. This time, he didn’t deflect. “You know,” Paul began softly, “John and I… we were always more than what the papers ever made us out to be.” His eyes dropped, as if searching through layers of memory. “Yes, we argued… but we loved too.” Then came the pause—the kind that tightens the chest. “And there’s something I’ve never said out loud before.” The audience leaned in, breath held. His voice trembled, fragile and honest. “That last time we spoke…” A faint, wistful smile crossed his face. “Well… maybe the world is finally ready to hear it.” What followed wasn’t gossip. It was legacy. And only those in that room will ever fully carry it with them. 👉 Curious what Paul finally revealed about John? 👇 Tap the first comment to read his full confession—this one stays with you.

It wasn’t just a performance—it felt like the whole room was holding its breath. When Joe Walsh, Jeff Lynne, and Dhani Harrison walked onto the stage, you could sense something special was about to happen. And the moment they began their tribute to The Beatles with “Something,” it was like time stopped. The crowd went completely silent, as if everyone instantly knew this wasn’t just another cover. The song, written by George Harrison back in 1969 for Abbey Road, has always been praised as one of the most beautiful love songs ever made. But hearing it now—led by George’s own son—hit in a different way. Dhani’s voice carried a quiet emotion that made every lyric feel heavier, every chord feel deeper.

Vince Gill reached for Amy Grant’s hand without looking — just a small, instinctive movement that said everything before a word was sung. It was late last night, under the warm lights of a packed hall where country music history seemed to gather in one place. Around them stood some of the most celebrated voices the genre has ever known, yet no one rushed a note. No one tried to take the lead.

“HE HAD 3 MONTHS TO LIVE — BUT HE CHOSE THE STAGE OVER THE HOSPITAL BED.” Luciano Pavarotti was dying. Pancreatic cancer. Doctors told him to rest.
